The Community Care Network (CCN) is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 health care organization founded in 2000 by Leon N. Davis, MD and located in Montgomery, Alabama.  CCN began in the summer of 2000 when Dr. Davis and other physicians, clergy, healthcare professionals, the Capital City Medical Society, community leaders and many others formed a coalition to build a local health ministry.

        Dr. Davis earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology from Oakland University in

       1985.  He went on to earned his Doctorate in Medinice from Wayne State University

        in 1989 and completed his medical residency in Inernal Medicine at Rush-Presbyterian-St. 
        Lukes Medical Center in 1992.  He has also received an Executive Masters in Business 
                                Administration and is Board Certified.
